Luxury Corporate Holiday Design That Elevates Your Brand
A client steps off the elevator for a December meeting and takes in your lobby on the way to reception. At Bionki Interiors, we design for that moment with the same attention to architecture, scale, and proportion that guides our interior design work all year. We build a corporate holiday installation from two things your property already owns, your brand colors and your architecture. The result is a warm, polished welcome that reflects the standards your business sets.
Scale Suited to the Space
Scale is the first decision we make in a tall lobby or atrium. We consider the height of the ceiling and the distance from which people see each piece, from the front door and from the far side of the floor. A property manager standing beside a tree sees it from a few feet away, and a client crossing the lobby sees that same tree against the full height of the room. We size each piece for both, so it looks generous from across the floor and keeps its detail up close.
A garland along a mezzanine rail is sized to be seen from the floor below, since that is where most people view it. A wreath at a reception desk is scaled to the desk itself, since visitors come within a few feet of it. Each piece is thoughtfully selected for its location within the building, allowing the entire installation to feel cohesive.
A Holiday Palette Aligned With Your Brand
The palette begins with the colors your company already uses. Your brand color leads the design, and we choose the surrounding tones to support it. In an all-white lobby, a single richly colored wreath becomes the focal point of the entrance. In a building with a signature navy, we bring that navy into the custom greenery, so the entrance and the interior belong to the same design. The installation stays tied to the architecture, and your people recognize the colors as the company’s own.
Around your brand color, we work in silver, gold, champagne, blue, and white. These winter tones create an elegant seasonal atmosphere while remaining welcoming to everyone who visits the space, and that matters in a company where people mark the season in different ways. Champagne bridges warm and cool finishes, so a lobby with brass fixtures and nickel rails works as one scheme, and the tones sit easily with marble and dark wood. We carry one palette through every floor of the building, so visitors experience one cohesive presentation wherever their meetings take them.
Choosing the Spaces That Take the Design
We plan the arrival path first, because that is where people form their first sense of a business. Lobbies, reception areas, office entrances, and atriums receive the greatest design focus. We design holiday installations for businesses across Los Angeles and Orange County, in offices, restaurants, and country clubs, and in the other spaces where your business receives its clients.
From there we move to the rooms where people wait and gather, the conference rooms, the restaurant entries, the medical waiting areas, and the clubhouse common rooms. Each space is designed for its own use and its own proportions. A compact reception carries a correctly sized wreath, and a double-height atrium takes a piece built to that height. Each piece is matched to its room, and the property reads as a single installation.
What the Installation Covers
Our holiday design runs as one continuous service, beginning with the first visit. We walk the property with you, survey each space, discuss the direction you want, and return with a detailed plan. Our team then handles the sourcing, the professional installation, and the styling. Your team keeps its December for the year-end work that belongs to it, while we carry the season for you. The January takedown is ours as well, and your building’s storage stays untouched, because every piece is wrapped as it comes down and travels out with our team.
We design and install holiday interiors for lobbies, reception areas, offices, and the rooms where your clients wait. We will visit the property, work from your brand colors, and return with a plan for each space. For a holiday design at your property, call Bionki Interiors at (909) 706-5347.
